The service was exceptional; Bernard went above and beyond to assist us. The location was convenient for exploring Torquay on foot. My stay at this hotel was simply fantastic! The rooms were first class with acres of space and very well equipped, including a fridge. The wonderful breakfast offered many options, and the free off-road parking was a big plus. As a pet-friendly hotel, cleanliness is a top priority, and I must say our room was spotless. It is truly the best dog-friendly hotel we've come across. I highly recommend this hotel!
